We were pleasanly surprised! My only criticism is to suggest you bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, due to this facility's location right next to a freeway.

Rooms were clean and well stocked.... read more Our children enjoyed the pool and breakfast options. We had a few cold nights coming in to hotel, having the cocoa and coffee in the lobby was so nice. Shuttle was convenient, even though we rented a car, we used it twice. Close to shopping and places to eat. Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

Pulled in late and very tired the front desk gentleman... read more was very sweet and check the same quickly giving me a room on the second floor even though I requested a room on the first floor of this hotel is about eight or 10 stories high and Room start on the second floor so we got room 208 which was fine and close to the elevator. Plenty of luggage carts all around so you don’t have to go hunting.

There are services everywhere - anything you could ever want. May I suggest Grimaldi‘s it was absolutely delicious!

The only faux pas that we encountered was we asked for late check out as I am a Diamond select member and the next morning it had not been forwarded to the correct people and housekeeping was questioning us as to why we were not checked out yet but that’s really not a big deal in the big scheme of things.

We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through the Reno area. More

They gym is nice as well, another plus is they have a shuttle that drops and pick u up around town, Diana was a great help with helping me locate good local bars and restaurants!
